The cartoning machine program with continuous and intermittent motion cartoning machines forms the central frame of the OYSTAR IWK machine range for line integration with our tubefilling and blister machines, as well as for the combination with other makes.
It has, of course, also been designed for stand-alone solutions with application-relevant product feeding.

Cartopac SC 3
Extra robust cartoning machine for high outputs up to 600 cartons/min. Continuous working principle. Applicable for combination with tubefillers (toothpaste) and soap packing machinery. Leaflet feeding as an option.
Cartopac SC 4 / 6
Universal cartoner for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry.
Output rate format-dependable up to 450 cartons/min. Continuous working principle. Cartons positively opened by levers and stationary counter suction (cups) and carton set-up kinematics. All mentioned standard and special functions possible.
Cartopac SC 5
Modular-built compact cartoning machine for outputs up to 200 cartons/min. Continuous working principle. Cartons positively opened by levers and stationary counter suction (cups) and carton set-up kinematics. All mentioned standard and special functions possible.

Output format-dependable up to 80 cartons/min. Positive carton opening by levers and stationary counter suction (cups) and carton set-up kinematics.
The intermittent working principle is well suitable for basic or more simple product feeding systems.
Product Applications
The cartoners are preferably used for the cartoning of products of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry as e.g. tubes, blisters, vials, ampoules, pouches, bottles, sachets, trays, spoons, cannulas as well as for a combination of those products.
In principle, however, all products to be packed for selling, dispatching or display purposes - whether as single product or as multiple pack and with or without leaflet or directions booklet – can be cartoned.
Carton Characteristics / Carton Qualities
All carton qualities as per DIN 53121 with paper weights of 250-500g/qm can be processed, but also recycling qualities are applicable. Dimensions and tolerances of the pre-glued carton should be according to DIN 55222.
Machine Functions
The following basic functions are available on all machine types:
Product feeding, carton feeding with carton set-up, product infeed, leaflet feeding, carton closing system with tuck-in and/or glue closure, safety and tamper-evident closure, registration, embossing, control systems (code reader).
Product Feeding Systems
The following product feeding systems are available depending on machine type:
Tube feeding system, bottle feeding (by star wheel or auger), feeding of ampoules, spoons or cannulas, 2-6 axis transfer handling systems, sorting, placing and collating of even more difficult products to be fed prior to cartoning.
Special feeding systems and application or layout relevant special features are feasible any time.
