During 2004 IWK implemented a new materials flow and staff relocation plan resulting in a dramatic improvement in the response and delivery time relating to the supply of spare parts and service. This was achieved by the relocation of the sales, order processing, design, teleservice, parts assembly and shipping departments into a new 600 square meter area designed specifically to improve working efficiency.
