OYSTAR IWK Successful in Singapore

For 33 years the pharmaceuticals manufacturer Leung Kai Fook has relied on cartoning machines from OYSTAR IWK. Now, with the SC 5, the company has purchased its tenth machine altogether.

The continuously working SC 5 cartoning machine was specially developed for applications in the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industry. At Leung Kai Fook glass bottles are packaged with a product similar to “Tiger Balm”. In order to do so the machine will manufacture up to 200 folding boxes per minute. In June 2010 OYSTAR IWK began building the SC 5 for Leung Kai Fook and delivery of the cartoning machine to Singapore is scheduled for this year.

Leung Kai Fook commissioned OYSTAR IWK with the production of a cartoning machine for the first time in the year 1977. In the further course of the business relationship between the two companies ten machines were purchased altogether – including the new SC 5.
